ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ពេជ ចន្ទមុន្នី ហ៊ុនម៉ាណែត អនុប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល សមាគមគ្រូពេទ្យស្ម័គ្រចិត្តយុវជនសម្ដេចតេជោ ( TYDA ) អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបរិច្ចាគឈាមមនុស្សធម៌ក្នុងគោលបំណងសំខាន់ចំនួន២ គឺ៖
១/ បម្រេីដល់សេចក្តីត្រូវការជាប្រចាំក្នុងការសង្គ្រោះជីវិតដែលទទួលគ្រោះថ្នាក់ ឬអ្នកជំងឺដែលកំពុងសម្រាកព្យាបាល ហេីយមានតម្រូវការឈាមជាបន្ទាន់
២/ ត្រៀមបម្រុងសម្រាប់វីរកងទ័ពជួរមុខ ឬប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ក្នុងករណីដែលទទួលរងរបួស ឬគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដោយសារសង្គ្រាមឈ្លានពានទឹកដីនៅទិសខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ និងខេត្តព្រះវិហារ។
ឈរលេីគោលបំណងសំខាន់ ២ខាងលេី ពិធីបរិច្ចាគឈាមមនុស្សធម៌ពេលនេះ គឺធ្វេីឡេីងដេីម្បីត្រៀមបង្ការផង និងយោងលេីសេចក្តីត្រូវការផងសម្រាប់តម្រូវការឈាមជាទូទៅ និងចំពោះសភាពការណ៍វិវត្តជាក់ស្តែង ដែលអាចនឹងមានតម្រូវការសង្គ្រោះជីវិត ចំពោះបងប្អូនវីរកងទ័ពជួរមុខ និងបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៃតំបន់ប្រឈមនឹងសង្គ្រាមឈ្លានពាន ហេីយអាចនឹងបង្កគ្រោះថ្នាក់ផ្សេងៗ ទាមទារឱ្យមានតម្រូវការឈាមជាចាំបាច់ក្នុងការសង្គ្រោះ ឬអាចនឹងសម្រាប់បំពេញតាមសេចក្តីត្រូវការឈាមជាបន្ទាន់ណាមួយរបស់គ្រូពេទ្យ ព្រោះ “ឈាមជាជីវិត“។
ការចូលរួមបរិច្ចាគឈាមនេះ គឺមានការចូលរួមយ៉ាងច្រើនកុះករពីសំណាក់ ក្រុមគ្រូពេទ្យ(TYDA), និស្សិតអាហាររូបករណ៍សម្តេចតេជោ (AMT), សហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា (ស.ស.យ.ក.) និងបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ រួមគ្នាជាកម្លាំងជួរក្រោយ ក្នុងបុព្វហេតុមនុស្សធម៌ និងសង្គ្រោះជីវិត។
កម្មវិធីផ្តល់ឈាមសប្បុរសធម៌នេះ បានធ្វេីឡេីងនៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលកោះពេជ្រចាប់ពីម៉ោង ៩ព្រឹកដល់ ៥ល្ងាច។

H.E. HUN Many, Deputy Prime Minister and high representative of H.E. Dr. PICH Chanmony HUNMANET, Vice-Chairwoman of the Board of Samdech Techo Voluntary Youth Doctors Association (TYDA), presided over the Humanitarian Blood Donation event, which was organized under two main objectives:
1/ To respond to the ongoing need for blood to save the lives of injured or hospitalized patients requiring urgent medical care.
2/ To support preparedness efforts by ensuring sufficient blood supplies for our armed forces on the front lines and for civilians who may be injured due to the ongoing war (aggression from Thailand) in the areas of Oddar Meanchey and Preah Vihear provinces.
Based on the two main objectives, the event aims to both meet the general need for blood donation and support our preparedness efforts in response to current situations that may require life-saving blood for our armed forces on the front lines and civilians in war-affected areas. It may also address other emergency situations requiring blood for live-saving efforts or to meet doctors’ urgent need. Blood donation saves life!
The event was marked by active participation from the TYDA team, students of the Association of Samdech Techo Scholarship (AMT), the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), and citizens, who came together to strengthen our rear base to support our humanitarian and life-saving efforts.
The Humanitarian Blood Donation event was held at the Koh Pich Exhibition Center from 9 AM to 5 PM.
