កិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការកណ្តាល ស.ស.យ.ក. បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្នុងរយៈពេល ៤ ថ្ងៃ នៅខេត្តសៀមរាប ដោយផ្តោតលេីសមិទ្ធផលការងារសម្រេចបាន, កិច្ចពិភាក្សា និងបទអន្តរាគមន៍ ដើម្បីទទួលបានធាតុចូលបន្ថែម, កម្មវិធីពង្រឹងស្មារតីក្រុមដោយផ្សាភ្ជាប់នឹងការចូលរួមរបស់សមាជិក សមាជិកា ក្នុងបុព្វហេតុសប្បុរសធម៌ និងធ្វើការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសបំពេញបន្ថែមសមាជិកគណ:កម្មាធិការកណ្តាល និងគណ:អចិន្ត្រៃយ៍ស្របតាមសេចក្តីត្រូវការចាំបាច់។
ក្នុងនាមរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល សូមកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ ចំពោះគណៈកម្មាធិការ ស.ស.យ.ក រាជធានី ខេត្ត ក្រុង ស្រុក ខណ្ឌ ឃុំ សង្កាត់ ក្រុមការងារ តាមបណ្តា វិស័យនានា អង្គការ សមាគម ចំណុះគណៈកម្មាធិការកណ្តាល និងសមាជិក សមាជិកា ទាំងអស់នៅទូទាំងប្រទេស ដែលបានយកអស់កម្លាំងកាយចិត្ត បញ្ញា ស្មារតី លះបង់ពេលវេលា និងធនធានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន បំពេញតួនាទីភារកិច្ចយ៉ាងសកម្ម ប្រកបដោយស្មារតីទទួលខុសត្រូវ និងមនសិការស្នេហាជាតិខ្ពស់ រហូតសម្រេចបាននូវសមិទ្ធផលជាច្រើនគួរជាទីមោទនៈ ស្របតាមទិសដៅ និងផែនការសកម្មភាព ដែលបានដាក់ចេញនៅក្នុង «ផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រស្តីពីយុវជនក្នុងបុព្វហេតុជាតិ មាតុភូមិ ២០២៣-២០២៨»។
យុវជន គឺជាកម្លាំងយ៉ាងសកម្មនៃធនធានមនុស្សពោរពេញដោយសក្តានុពល និងចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គមជាតិដែលកន្លងមកយើងបានដឹងច្បាស់ថា យុវជនដែលបានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការកិច្ចការសង្គម មនុស្សធម៌ តាមរយ:ការស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត លះបង់ធនធាន និងពេលវេលា គឺពិតជាបានរួមចំណែកកាន់តែខ្លាំងក្លា ក្នុងដំណើរប្រកបដោយវិជ្ជមាន ស្របតាមចក្ខុវិស័យកម្ពុជាក្លាយទៅជាប្រទេសមានចំណូលខ្ពស់នៅឆ្នាំ២០៥០ ហើយការពារបុព្វហេតុជាតិមាតុភូមិ។

The UYFC’s Central Committee meeting was held over four days in Siem Reap. The meeting concentrated on reviewing key achievements, engaging in in-depth discussions, and gathering additional input through interventions. It also included team-building activities related to members’ participation in philanthropic causes and conducting elections to fill the Central Committee and Standing Committees as necessary.
On behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the UYFC’s committees across the capital, provinces, cities, districts, and communes, as well as the working groups representing various sectors, organizations, and associations under the Central Committee. I also sincerely appreciate all members nationwide who have dedicated their physical, intellectual, and spiritual efforts, offering their time and resources to actively fulfill their duties with a sense of responsibility and patriotism. These collective efforts have led to numerous commendable achievements, aligning with the objectives and action plans outlined in the “Strategic Plan on Youth in the Cause of the Nation and the Motherland 2023-2028.”
Youth represent a powerful force in human resources, brimming with potential and playing a crucial role in national development. Over the years, young people who actively engaged in social and humanitarian work through volunteering, sacrificing their time and resources, have made significant contributions to Cambodia’s journey to achieve high-income status by 2050 and safeguard the interests of the motherland.
